We’re delighted to introduce our new exclusive rewards programme!

When you create an account, you can earn points for various activities on our website, such as writing reviews, liking content and making purchases.

You can redeem these points for discounts and products on future orders — the more points you collect, the more you can save!

Anyone who has an account with us is automatically enrolled in the programme.

You can collect points in several ways, such as by writing a review, following our pages and making purchases with us.

To see all the available options, click on the Ways to Earn Points tab in the menu.

"},{"title":"How can I redeem my points?","content":"

Select the Ways to Redeem Points tab. Here, you’ll find all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.

Your redeemed reward will be issued as a coupon code. Only one coupon code can be used per order, and coupon codes cannot be combined.

The only exception is the free shipping coupon earned when moving up a tier, which can be used together with another coupon code.

Approved: These points can be redeemed for rewards immediately.

Pending: These points still need to be reviewed before you can redeem them. This usually applies to purchases and tier upgrades.

Cancelled: These points will not be credited to your account. For example, this may happen if you cancel a purchase - the points will change from pending to cancelled.
